1. Security Deposit: The Client shall pay a security deposit of $300 upon 2nd payment to the Venue 30 days before the event. This deposit will be held by the Venue as security against any damages or extra expenses incurred during the event.
2. Return of Security Deposit: The Security deposit may be returned to the client within 24 hours after the conclusion of the event, provided that there are no damages to the Venue property or any additional expenses incurred by the Venue.
3. Rental Fee: The Client shall pay the rental fee for the tables in two increments. 50% of the payment ($350) that of which is non refundable upon signing this contract. The rest shall be pain in full at least 30 days prior to the event.
4. Cancellation: In the event of cancellation by the Client, the security deposit shall be refunded only. However, if the venue cancels the agreement for any reason, the security deposit and initial payment shall be fully refunded to the Client.
5. Liability: The client assumes full responsibility for any damages to the rented items or Venue Property caused by themselves or their guests during the event.
6. Indemnification: The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Venue against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of or related to the event.
